The team at Radiotherapy UK would like to give a huge shout out for Ben, who finished his first 50km ultramarathon on Saturday – raising crucial funds and awareness to support our mission. We believe everyone deserves access to the best radiotherapy treatment, and work hard to support patients and professionals alike.
Ben battled through, despite a knee injury, and has smashed his fundraising target too. Oh, and he won UK Student Diagnostic Radiographer of the Year 2022! The #radiotherapy workforce is full of amazing people like Ben who deserve our support as they save lives.
