Introduction to cancer-related fatigue

Like many people who have had cancer and cancer treatment, Andy has a late effect called cancer-related fatigue (CRF). This is one of the most commonly reported symptoms by patients with cancer. It can help to know that you are not alone, and that there are ways to manage and ease CRF.

In the video below you can learn more about Andy’s experience of CRF, and some of the tips that have helped him. Everyone is different, but you might find you have some experiences in common with Andy. He had surgery and radiotherapy for a brain tumour and lesions and you can read more about his story here.
