What a special evening for the Radiotherapy UK team and our Ambassadors!

The Thursday before World Radiography Day on November 8th, our Director, Sarah Quinlan MBE, and Projects Manager Lynsey Rice, headed off to Vintners’ Hall for the Radiography Awards 2025.

After much suspense, our Charity scooped London Radiography Team of the Year – a huge honour – and our Ambassadors and colleagues swept the board.

Connor Parish, Rose Ting, Lamiya Khokon and James Barber all received awards or highly commended acknowledgements for their work in different areas; while the leader of the GRACE Project, Lisa Ashmore, was crowned North West and overall Radiography Professional of the Year. Radiotherapy UK is a charity partner on the GRACE Project, which is hoping to improve treatment consent for patients with gynae cancers.
