This Radiotherapy UK survey will inform new, inclusive resources around skin care before, during and after radiotherapy. Thank you for sharing your best practice to help UK cancer patients.
Processing Statement
Taking part in this survey is voluntary, anonymous and will take around 10 minutes. The information you provide will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
If free text responses contain any personal information this will be removed before analysing results collectively. Data will be stored securely and accessed only by authorised members of the Radiotherapy UK team and reputable third party data analysis providers by arrangement. All data processed by third parties will be cleaned to ensure anonymity before sharing. Working with a third party allows our small charity to effectively identify key themes and linguistic patterns from the survey quickly. No data or information will be sold. No identifiable personal data will be shared in any resources resulting from this survey.
The lawful basis for processing your data is your consent, which you provide by completing the survey and ticking the box in the survey.
Your data will be retained for two years, after which it will be securely deleted.
If you have any concerns about the way your data is being handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
